Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting formed in 1998 as a result of the joint vision of its Managing Members, Lesa Bradshaw and Nicky LeRoux. Our company specialises in competency and skills based assessment processes in the workplace. We run a Competency Based Assessment service for the purpose of recruitment and selection, the identification of training needs, career development and succession planning, and selection for leadership development programmes and learnerships.
Our company fully supports Employment Equity Initiatives, with one of the managing members, Lesa Bradshaw, being physically disabled. As such, we recently launched Bradshaw LeRoux Disabled Placements which offer Placement Services for all people – with specific focus being on people with disabilities, as well as offering Accessibility Audits and Sensitivity Training.
